The basic session is good for the first time and repeated many times after. It involves intake talk and meditation which helps to unwind the head, ground in the body, and open the basic flow of energy. Then massage and healing follow, including partial body-to-body massage, energetic awakening, and intimate area massage.

Meditation is an essential part of the whole session and its outcome. If you will hesitate to surrender and open yourself through it, I may refuse to continue the session. You really cannot force me to do something that you want, no. It's me who gets you on this journey.
You are naked but if you don't want it's totally ok. I always wear my panties. You are receiving instead of reaching out to touch me and engaging yourself this way.

It is crucial for my session to get you to where you really let go & surrender. By asking for something extra from me you break through my boundaries and I lose my guidance.
